The top results at the Mecum Monterey 2025 auction were a Lamborghini Miura, followed by two Mercedes-Benz 300 SL classics.

Mecum sold seven cars for over a million dollars at the Monterey 2025 collector car auction. Somewhat surprisingly, the top results were not for modern hypercars but for traditional mid-century classics. The most expensive car sold was a 1969 Lamborghini Miura P400 S Coupe at $1,980,000. It was followed by two classic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL models: a 1957 Gullwing Coupe for $1,650,000 and a 1959 Roadster for $1,485,000.
→ Mecum also showed the Bianco Speciale 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, chassis 3729GT, which will headline the 2026 Kissimmee classic car auction.
