It was one of six Ferraris selling for over a million dollars each with the most expensive non-Ferrari result being the 1956 Porsche 356A 1500 GS Carrera Speedster that achieved $935,000.

The most expensive car in the auction was a yellow 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/6C Alloy Berlinetta (Lot F84) that achieved $3,410,000. It was one of six Ferrari 275 GTB cars in various formats sold at the various Monterey 2023 auctions and achieved slightly more than a similar 6C Alloy at RM Sotheby’s.
Ferraris dominated the auction’s leading sellers, claiming seven of the top 10 slots. Claiming the second slot among top sellers was a 3,417-mile 1990 Ferrari F40 (Lot S96) that garnered $2.53 million, followed by a 1965 Ferrari 500 Superfast Series II (Lot F89), the first of only 12 built, at $1.84 million and a 1968 Ferrari 330 GTS (Lot F91) at $1.76 million.
