A 2024 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport sold for $4,570,000 as the most expensive car at the Bonhams Laguna Seca 2026 classic car auction. It is one of only 80 produced and was finished in unique Glacier paintwork (white) with Rouge Etoilé accents over an Italian Red and Blanc leather interior. It features the Super Sport’s extended “longtail” bodywork. In 2025, three modern Bugattis led the Bonhams Quail Lodge results, including a green 2023 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport for $4,460,000.
The second most expensive car in the Bonhams 2026 Laguna Seca sale was a 2000 Lamborghini Diablo GT at a model-record $2,425,000 — almost 50% higher than the $1,627,500 paid for a 1994 Lamborghini Diablo SE30 at RM Sotheby’s Miami 2026.
